Tampa, FL - For the first time since her initial press conference, Phoebe the Miracle Dog from Hillsborough County Animal Services will make an appearance during Saturday's SANTA FEST parade in downtown Tampa. As guests of the Rough Riders, Animal Services is one of the featured entries along with Friends of Hillsborough County Animal Services (the non-profit organization which is building The Phoebe Fund of donations as an incentive for tips leading to an arrest.

On October 29th, the young adult female pit bull mix was shot in the head, buried alive, and left to die in the Clair-Mel City neighborhood of Tampa. While her story is frightening, her recovery is inspiring. Authorities are seeking leads in the case, and tipsters may remain anonymous to Hillsborough County Animal Services 813-744-5660 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additionally, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) has even entered the case into its national reward program: $2500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the those who committed the crime against Phoebe.
Hillsborough County Animal Services aims to give the public the chance to interact one-on-one with Phoebe the Miracle Dog during a planned holiday shelter event coming up on Saturday, December 15th at 440 N. Falkenburg Road, Tampa. More details coming soon.
