Holland Pump: Sewer Bypass Specialist & General Pump Rental Sales
Utilize individual technical, communication and product skills to solve customer fluid handling problems and increase company business through the development of Holland pumping systems and related pumping products, particularly as related to the rental of pumps in bypass applications. Expands the sale and rental of Holland Pump products through establishing and maintaining customer contacts. The position will involve assisting other branches when expertise is required. Contacting and meeting with potential clients, conducting brownbag lunches with engineering and large contractors, tracking projects and designing and bidding dewatering systems. Analyzes, assesses, recommends and designs pumping systems. Execute job by deploying Holland resources and supervising logistics. Use judgment to supervise job on site from start to finish depending on location of job and other Holland resources available. Generate sales reports, bids, proposals and quotes. Participate in trade/professional shows and conferences as needed. Be point man with customers for after-hours emergency sewer bypass responses.

The Chrysalis Center: Outpatient Therapist
The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of therapeutic activities as directed by the Program Director and the Clinical Director. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to children, adolescents, adults and/or families. Some of the services that the therapist will be responsible for performing include, but are not limited to individual, family and group therapy, therapeutic behavioral on-site services, psychosocial assessments, psychological testing and any other document or service which is deemed necessary or is required by Chrysalis policy.
