10 News wants to clarify a promotion you may have recently seen on our air and posted on wtsp.com. It involved a rental car customer's concern that a hidden camera was placed inside her vehicle. 

After investigating, we decided not to air a report. However we did air a short 15 second promotion for that report and promotion also appeared on wtsp.com. 

In the promotion on TV, we showed an excerpt of an interview with a rental car agent.  We want to emphasize we did NOT find any evidence that a hidden camera was placed in a rental car...and we regret airing the promotion."
