Palm Harbor, Florida-- As of 11 p.m. Thursday night, all parties were still in Palm Harbor at the offices of Florin Roebig negotiating in a marathon mediation ordered by the court.   

A lot of people have been asking why, if Bubba won the lawsuit, is this case in mediation?  

Well, this is all about attorneys fees.   

Sources say, Bubba wants MJ to pay his legal fees from the trial, and MJ wants Bubba to sign a non-disparagement agreement, which would basically ensure he would not talk badly about MJ on his show. 

The mediation has gone on so long, that a photo circulated of Bubba sleeping on the floor in the mediation room.
