Another quiet start on this Thursday will give way to afternoon showers and storms. There are some mid level clouds out there, but there won't be any rain until around lunch time. Rain chances gradually decrease through Saturday, but heavy rain is possible late Sunday into Monday.
Thursday: Patchy fog until 9am, with wake up temperatures around 75 degrees. Then for the afternoon expect partly/mostly cloudy skies and quite muggy with high temperatures around 91 degrees, and Heat index values around 99 degrees.
Scattered Thunderstorms return to a coverage of 50% of the 10 News Viewing Area between 2pm-8pm. East/Northeast winds at 5 - 15 mph.
Friday: Sunny skies with wake up temperatures around 74 degrees. Partly cloudy midday and we shoot to a high temperature of 92 degrees. Only a 30% coverage of isolated t-storms between 4pm-9pm.
Saturday: Sunny skies early, and low temperatures around 75 degrees. Partly cloudy skies by midday and will head towards a high temperature of 91 degrees by mid-afternoon. Scattered T-Storms between 4pm-9pm at around a 40%-50% coverage of the area. Southeast winds will be around 5 - 15mph.
Sunday: Sunny skies early, and low temperatures around 76 degrees. Partly cloudy skies by midday and will head towards a high temperature of 91 degrees by mid-afternoon.
HEADS UP LATE SUNDAY: After a mostly beautiful weekend, things change Sunday night. Scattered T-Storms are expected to start in the mid-evening hours and we are looking to be stormy through the overnight hours all through most of the day Monday.
Southeast winds will be gusty and stronger too around 5 - 20mph and some stronger gusts possible.
