Sewer break limits water use in north PInellas

PALM HARBOR-- Pinellas County Utilities crews are responding to a 30-inch sewer force main break at Alderman Road and Omaha Street in Palm Harbor.

The cause of the break is unknown at this time.

Residents are advised to limit use of toilets, showers and other optional water use, according to the county. 

The break is affecting multiple pump stations in the vicinity and residents are advised to limit use of toilets, showers or other optional water use.

Pinellas County Utilities is using pumper trucks to help reduce flow.
