PONCE DE LEON, Florida (AP) -- Agents from Florida's Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco have arrested a Panhandle man who they say was operating a moonshine still from his front yard in rural Ponce de Leon.
Jason Allen Hamilton surrendered to law enforcement Thursday and was charged with possession of moonshine, possession of a moonshine still possession of raw materials for moonshine and possession of containers for moonshine.
Prosecutors say the 31-year-old faces up to 15 years in prison and $15,000 in fines if convicted of all counts.
