Springfield, IL - It was an all-out, shout out for husbands at the Illinois State Fair Sunday as the annual husband calling contest got underway.

One by one, women took center stage and bellowed for their beaus as the crowd cheered them on in Springfield.

Contestants use their voices, props and anything else they want to draw their "hog" to the ring and husband to the stage.

Judges factored in volume, appeal, assurance and originality when picking a winner.

After defending her 2011 title, Millwood resident Julie Willford took home the 250 dollar prize calling for her husband Timothy Douglas.
