PITTSBURGH - A western Pennsylvania woman faces a charge of simple assault after police say she threw a Furby toy and a PlayStation remote at her boyfriend.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Thursday that 27-year-old Ashley Trimmer was fighting with her live-in boyfriend over a Facebook post.

She allegedly hit him on one side of the head with the fuzzy toy and on the other side with the remote control.

Police tell the newspaper the boyfriend had red marks and suffered a small cut but didn't require hospital treatment.
