Brooksville, Florida - An inmate allegedly threw a bottle of urine at a corrections officer at the Hernando County Jail.
According to the arrest affidavit, the incident happened as the officer was serving food to Herberson St. Surin, 21, through a flap on his cell door Thursday.
"[St. Surin] then stuck his arm out, holding a container that was open on the top and full of yellow liquid," the arrest affidavit said.
The officer says St. Surin then threw urine in her face.
"[The officer] stated the liquid landed on her face, due to her tasting it in her mouth," the report said.
St. Surin was charged with battery on a facility staff.
