Michael Suh, 38, of the 100 block of E. Main St., and Nicole Germack, 27, of the 100 block of Tyre Ave., each were charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, loitering, resisting arrest and conspiracy, Cpl. James Spadola said.
Officers received several reports about 9:40 p.m. Saturday about two people having sex on the roof above Chipotle restaurant in the 100 block of E. Main Street.
According to published reports, a man of that name resides above the restaurant and owns, Mizu Sushi, in that building.

When an officer arrived, he saw the pair engaging in sexual intercourse on the roof at the front of the building, Spadola said.
"The female was wearing a black dress that was pulled up," he said, adding that he didn't have any information on what the man was wearing.
The officer ordered the couple to stop, but they continued for nearly 20 seconds before disengaging, Spadola said.
When they were told they were being arrested, the couple ran to Suh's apartment nearby where officers found them and placed them under arrest.
Spadola said that the end of a hallway where Suh lives has a ladder that connects to the roof of Chipotle.
Suh answered his apartment door Monday but declined to give comment, saying his attorney had advised him not to speak.
He would not give his attorney's name.
A woman and dog could be seen in his apartment above Mizu Sushi. A door leading to air conditioning units was nearby. The units were near a roof wall to Chipotle.
Workers at Chipotle declined comment Monday.
Both Suh and Germack were later released on $1,800 unsecured bail pending a court hearing.
