Pet of the Week: Buster

Pet of the Week: Willie
Clearwater, Florida - Our Pet of the Week is Buster. Buster is an 8 year old Corgi Mix that is just sweet as can be. He is a social little guy that has spent time with children of all ages and loves feline companionship; yes, he likes cats! Buster is an energetic dog that likes being a part of an active household.
Buster is a lovable and affectionate little friend that is also very smart. He knows several basic commands and will gladly roll over for a tummy scratch. He is going to make the right family feel complete with his sweet personality that is also relaxed and laid back. Sadly Busters arrival at HSP is a result of the economy and his owner loosing their job.

Pet of the Week: Willie
Willie is a wonderful 4 year old medium sized domestic short haired cat. His fur is in a brown tiger pattern. He is a very mild mannered cat that loves to receive a lot of attention and affection. He is the first cat that will approach you when you walk in his cage. He really is one of the sweetest cats that we have had the pleasure of taking care of.
Willie was turned into the shelter because his previous owners could no longer care for him. He is submissive around other cats, wanting to avoid any confrontation, but he should willingly share a home with another friendly cat. He also gets along with dogs and children, so if you have either please bring them with you to meet our very sweet Willie.
