Clearwater, Florida -- A judge has set a trial date for the so-called "Hiccup Girl"-turned murder suspect.
Jennifer Mee was not in court, but her attorney, John Trevino, was there as all sides agreed to the trial date of February 7, 2012.

Mee first gained nationwide attention in 2007 as a St. Petersburg girl with an incurable case of hiccups that lasted five weeks.

She is accused of conspiring with two other people to lure a 22-year-old to a home, where he was robbed and then shot and killed. Mee is charged with first degree murder.
