Seminole, FL -- The man charged with the December killing of Seminole clerk Mohammod T. Islam was booked into the Pinellas County Jail Tuesday.
Darius Duquan Bussey, 22, was arrested on Jan. 2 at his home in Valdosta, Georgia and is now being held without bail on a first degree murder charge.
Bussey was visting relatives in Seminole when he beat and shot Mohammod T. Islam at the JFS Food Mart during a robbery on the night of Dec. 28, 2011.
Deputies say Bussey confessed to trying to rob the store and told detectives where he hid the murder weapon. It has not yet been found.
