Hot and muggy conditions are with us this afternoon.  The high has topped out at 92 so far. Showers are developing and moving west through Polk county and will spread into the eastern portions of Tampa Bay into the evening.  Rain chances increase into the Holiday weekend. 

Tonight...Partly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Lows in the upper 70s near the coast and in the lower 70s inland. Northeast winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent. 

Friday...Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs around 90 near the coast and in the lower 90s inland. Northeast winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
