ORLANDO, Florida - Some extremely embarrassing and salacious material could come out soon in the criminal trial of former Republican Party Chairman Jim Greer.
Last week, prosecutors said they had a four page report that shows high powered members of the Republican Party and well connected people in Tallahassee in a bad light.
The judge reviewed the report and agreed it could be highly embarrassing for those who are named, but today he issued a ruling saying the information should be released.
Attorneys for some of the people named in the report are asking the judge to hold off releasing it in order to give them time to appeal.
