TAMPA, Florida - Rock group Journey rocked out the final night of the Republican National Convention with a concert Thursday night benefiting the Creative Coalition. The post convention concert caps off a week of events including performances by Kid Rock and The Zac Brown Band.
Several thousand Republican delegates and dignitaries gathered inside a massive tent assembled in "Liberty Plaza" across from the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
A concert featuring Lynyrd Skynyrd scheduled for earlier in the week on Monday had to be canceled due to fears of high winds from Tropical Storm Isaac.
