Tampa, Florida-- Two well-known Tampa attorneys have been suspended by the Florida Supreme Court for pilfering clients from a law firm they used to work for.
Bill Winters and Marc Yonker were found guilty of professional misconduct.
Winters drew a 91-day suspension, while Yonker received 60 days.
The two were accused of soliciting clients from the law firm of Richard Mulholland to quit the firm, and have them represent the clients at their new law practice.
