(News-Press) -- The National Hurricane Center says another storm system is brewing in the Eastern Atlantic and may become a tropical depression on Monday.
The system is located about 855 miles west off the Cape Verde Islands and it's moving west-northwestward at 15-20 mph.
With 90 percent chance of development as of 8 a.m., the system could become a tropical depression or even strengthen to become Tropical Storm Nadine in the next 48 hours.
Computer models show that the system is unlikely to threaten land and will stay in the Atlantic, making a northeastern turn later in the week.
