St. Petersburg, Florida -- Nearly 4,000 Progress Energy customers who lost power for a little over an hour Thursday morning on Gandy Blvd. are back up and running.
The power company told 10 News a switch in a feeder line failed causing the outage in the area just east of I-275 to the Gandy Bridge.
