NAPLES, Fla. (AP) - A southwest Florida man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a fatal hit-and-run during a botched drug deal.

As part of an agreement with Collier County prosecutors, 21-year-old Jack Edward Dyson pleaded no contest Monday to manslaughter and failing to remain at a crash involving death. He had faced up to 45 years in prison.

Authorities say Dyson ran down 21-year-old Kyle Armantrout in August 2009 after stealing more than $1,200 worth of marijuana.

Authorities say two others - 18-year-old Alejandro Perez and 20-year-old Javier Zuniga - were in the car with Dyson.

The Naples Daily News reports Perez reached a plea agreement in February and was sentenced to nine years in prison. A warrant remains out for Zuniga's arrest. Authorities believe he fled the country.
