Bartow, Florida -- The man accused of killing a popular Orlando musician in the parking lot of a Days Inn motel in Davenport has now been indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder.
Homicide detectives with the Polk County Sheriff's Office had arrested 26-year-old Calvin Deon Jones, the suspect wanted for the Murder of musician Damien Rahim, AKA Khamelien.
Rahim was found dead in his car outside a Days Inn motel in Davenport on Saturday, September 15, 2012 after he had been shot.
Jones was identified as the suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
According to reports, Polk County deputies found Jones at a home in the Poinciana area after a detective received a tip regarding his possible location.
