We will see a few scattered showers today as the ENE flow continues to moisten up the atmosphere. It will also be a bit breezy as Hurricane Sandy continues to move into Jamaica. Sandy will then pass by and make landfall in Cuba tonight and into the Bahamas by Thursday afternoon. That will steadily increase our winds to 20-25 mph at times Thursday and Friday and with the NE flow we will see a few scattered showers.
It all moves by us by late Friday ushering in some cooler air for the weekend followed by even cooler air behind a cold front Monday.
Today: Partly cloudy skies with a few scattered light showers. Rain chance 20%. It will be a bit breezy with ENE winds 15 mph. Highs will top out around 86.
Tonight: Partly cloudy skies and comfortable. Very isolated shower is possible, mainly inland. Winds will be NE 10 mph with lows in the upper 60s.
