Bartow, Florida -- A local defense attorney in Polk County already on probation, was arrested again after drugs were found in his car during a minor crash Wednesday.
Polk County Sheriff's detectives say 56-year-old William "Bill" Evans was already under investigation for manufacturing and selling methamphetamine when he was involved in a crash yesterday.
When detectives got to the scene, a K-9 alerted them to drugs present in Evans' car. During a search, they found a baggie containing meth and a glass pipe with meth residue.
