PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida -- A 29-year-old man is dead after police say he drifted into the median on Gandy Blvd. near the Gandy Bridge.
According to investigators, Manuel Bonet Jr. over-corrected his steering and drove off of the right side of the road, striking a power pole. He was ejected from the car and died at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
