Tampa, Florida -- Radio shock jocks Bubba the Love Sponge Clem and Todd "M.J." Schnitt are back in the courtroom after being off for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday

Schnitt is suing Bubba over remarks he made five years ago on air. On Friday, Hillsborough state attorney Mark Ober took the stand as a witness.
Schnitt's wife used to work in Ober's office, and Bubba claims she was behind his prosecution on animal cruelty charges.
Right now, Schnitt is testifying on the witness stand. 10 News will have more information as it develops
