CBS NEWS
(CBS NEWS) -- Lindsay Lohan has a new little brother.
The actress' father, Michael Lohan, has welcomed a son with girlfriend Kate Major.
Michael Lohan's rep told E! News that Major gave birth to Landon Major Lohan on Wednesday at a Florida hospital.
"God is good," the rep said.
Landon's arrival came the same day that his half-sister appeared in a Los Angeles court
for a pretrial hearing involving misdemeanor charges of lying to
authorities and reckless driving stemming from a crash last summer on
the Pacific Coast Highway. She was on probation for theft at the time of
the wreck.
The 26-year-old has pleaded not guilty to
lying to police, reckless driving and obstructing officers from
performing their duties.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner set a March 18 trial date and a March 1 hearing that Lohan is not required to attend.
