Clearwater, Florida -- Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies caught three men who ambushed a wine store clerk as he walked to his car Monday night.

Deputies say around 11:30 p.m., Deandre Gray, Jacarius Hannah and Avery Jamal Jones-Neal hid behind parked cars in the Pit Stop Discount Wine parking lot in the 2200 block of North Hercules Avenue waiting for their prey.

Once the clerk came outside of the business, all three jumped him and took his keys, cellular phone and laptop computer. After taking his belongings, the suspects fled the area on foot.

Deputies arrived a short time later and set up a perimeter with K-9 units. The K-9's tracked the robbers to a local IHOP restaurant and arrested and charged them with strong arm robbery.
