St. Petersburg, Florida -- Filming begins for the documentary on the Historic Y-M-C-A.
The film will cover the saga to save the cherished St. Petersburg landmark from demolition, its extensive restoration efforts, and the journey to a new grand opening as a public use for community special events center that benefits the bay area.
People will be able share your stories for the documentary.
Open house and guided tours will be from noon to five p-m on March 9.
