Dunedin, FL -- The Dunedin Fine Art Center is getting a massive makeover for it's final phase of expansion.
The renovation and addition of nearly 11,000 square feet that will cost nearly $3 million to complete broke ground Tuesday at the main campus on Michigan Boulevard on the West Wing.
The expansion will consist of a new gallery and 10 new studios. The shop and café will both get makeovers as well.

The project was made possible by a $500,000 grant from the state and a partnership between the City and the art center.
The massive makeover has to be done by May when the center hosts it's Summer Arts Academy.
