ST. PETERSBURG, Florida -- Deputies are investigating a shooting in the unincorporated part of St. Petersburg that left one person injured.
One person suffered gunshot wounds to the legs and was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say they've identified the shooter and that person is in custody.
The victim and the shooter reportedly knew each other. The cause of the shooting is under investigation.
