Orlando, Florida -- For the first time, Casey Anthony will have to speak about the mystery of Caylee's disappearance during a deposition on Oct. 9.
The Orlando Sentinel reports Anthony will speak in Tampa for a deposition in the defamation lawsuit filed by the nanny she claimed kidnapped Caylee, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. The nanny that detectives later learned was never actually Caylee's nanny.
This will be the first time Anthony will be forced under oath to answer questions about her daughter's disappearance. Gonzalez's attorney said there shouldn't be anything stopping her from testifying for the deposition next month.
