KISSIMMEE, Florida -- Osceola County deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying a robbery suspect.
A woman was walking along Buenaventure Lakes Blvd. on Sept. 23 when she says a black male approached from behind and grabbed her purse off her shoulder. The sheriff's office says he left by getting on a Lynx bus, Route 18.
The suspect is described as a black male, late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5'8", and 140 lbs. He has short black hair and was wearing black and red sneakers, brown cargo style shorts, and a white t-shirt with a blue design.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000 dollars.
