Patches of light to moderate rain will fall across the area through second half of the day as they gradually dissipate from north to south. There will be some minor flooding since we have already seen 3-7"+ of rain across the area over the past two days. Skies will remain cloudy through most of the day, resulting in highs in the upper 70s to near 80.
Rain chances really drop tomorrow into the weekend as a cold front sweeps through the area. That won't cool us too much as highs reach the upper 80s, but it will dry us out with only very small rain chances and less humidity. Although daytime highs will still be warm, we will see lows dip to the 61-65 range north of Tampa, to 68-72 in the immediate Bay area.
