Tampa, Florida-- Former Temple Terrace resident Charles Adams, who had been arrested 17 times since 1996, appeared back in court Wednesday.
Neighbors call the 61-year-old a nightmare. He's been charged with threatening to set off a bomb, and even throwing chemicals on cars.
Wednesday, Adams was sentenced to 30 months in prison, and he is not allowed to return home.
