Tampa, Florida -- The man arrested in connection with the shooting death of his pregnant girlfriend, Brianna Anderson, has been charged with second degree murder.
Tampa Police have formally charged 22-year-old Jamar Silas after two witnesses came forward and identified Silas as the person who left the home immediately after they heard the gunshot that resulted in Anderson's death. Detectives say Silas also exchanged text messages with an additional person stating he had messed up and that Anderson was dead.
