St. Petersburg, Florida -- After a three-month investigation the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office have arrested a known drug dealer.
According to reports, a warrant was obtained to search the home of suspected drug dealer Patrick Kerr's on Tuesday, December 3.
Upon entering the home detectives found several illegal items and hazardous conditions. Kerr's home, also occupied by two small children, had multiple guns and narcotics out in plain view, easily accessible to anyone in the household. Several of the items seized are believed to have been stolen.
During the search warrant, Kerr was arrested and charged with:
- Felon in Possession of a Firearm
- Armed Trafficking in Hydromorphone
- Dealing in Stolen Property
- Child Abuse
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Crack Cocaine
- Possession of Methylenedioxymethcathinone
- Grand Theft
This investigation is still ongoing and additional charges are possible.
