Tampa, FL -- The busiest travel days of the season are behind us, but flight delays and cancellations are far from it.
Dozens of delays and a couple of cancellations at Tampa International Airport have left travelers like Felicia Brown fuming with frustration.
"You don't want to be negative and angry you know the kids," said Brown. "But there's only so much a person can deal with."

After an 11-day visit to Tampa, Felicia and her five children are heading home to New York. Mother Nature, however, is holding her hostage to the airport.
"I love Tampa... it's just I can't believe the delay until 4:00 this afternoon; I was mortified," said Brown.
The Browns were supposed to depart at 7:28 am but are delayed because of inclement weather in the Northeast.

Despite the schedule setback, Brown remains optimistic her travel home will be safe and sooner rather than later.
"You're here for a long time. You use the, you know, overpriced food, the sugary beverages to try to work it out the best way you can," said Brown.
As of early Thursday afternoon there were 64 delays and four flight cancellations at TIA.
