Tampa, Florida -- A man is dead and his brother is in the hospital after a drive-by shooting in Tampa.
Tampa Police say the brothers, who are in their 30s, were tossing a football outside a home at West Main Street and North Rome Avenue on Sunday afternoon when a car drove by and shots were fired.
The men don't live at the complex, but were there for Sunday dinner.
They were both taken to a hospital, where one of the brothers later died. The other is in serious condition.
Police say the incident resulted from an ongoing dispute, and they don't believe this was a random act of violence.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
