Hernando County, Florida -- A man has been arrested for stealing bank account information from mailboxes.
Indalesio "Indy" Basaldua, began his fraud by stealing a credit card from Tammy Tolbert's mailbox. Tolbert ordered a new Chase credit card back in December although she never received it.
Detectives determined that the card was stolen from the mailbox, and six fraudulent transactions were made with the card totaling in $409.04.
Video surveillance from four of the six transactions showed Basaldua using the stolen credit card.
This is the ninth time Basaldua has been arrested, six of those being fraud charges.

Detectives would like citizens to continue to be on alert. There are more thefts and suspects still being investigated. It is believed that there may be more than one individual operating separate from each other committing similar mail thefts and fraud.
