Tampa, Florida -- Another gym robbery in Tampa results in Tampa Police reminding people to not leave their valuables in the car.
On February 17, while the victim was working out at the LA Fitness, someone smashed his passenger side window and took his wallet and Mac Book that he left in the car. The victim's stolen credit card was used later that evening at a Seffner Walgreens.
The suspect was seen leaving the Walgreens in a white Econo Van.
Tampa Police are reminding people that criminals target vehicles in gym parking lots, parks and walking trails because they know people leave valuable items in their cars at those locations. Don't leave valuables in your vehicles.
