Tampa, FL-- The Bucs have traded down in the first down, with the Jacksonville Jaguars. They exchange first round draft picks, and the Bucs pick up a 4th rounder.
The Jaguars are expected to take wide receiver Justin Blackmon of Oklahoma State.
Now at #7 in the first round, the Bucs still might have a chance to take cornerback Morris Claiborne of LSU.
