STILLWATER, Ok. (FCN) -- Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon has been arrested on aggravated DUI charges in Oklahoma.

Blackmon, 22, was booked into the Payne County jail shortly after 10 a.m. Sunday reports NFL.com, citing a Payne County jail spokeswoman as confirming the arrest.

Oklahoma law says aggravated  DUI applies to drivers with a .15 or higher blood alcohol level.

Blackmon's arrest comes just days after the completion of OTA's in Jacksonville.

NFL.com reports that this is the second DUI arrest for Blackmon who was arrested in October of 2010 in Carrollton, Texas after attending a Dallas Cowboys game.
