Durham, NC -- The Tampa Bay Rays' Sean Rodriguez suffered a fracture in his hand at Triple-A Durham when he punched a locker.
Rodriguez was involved in an altercation with another Durham Bulls player, when he punched a locker in frustration. He refused to comment further on who he was involved with.
Rodriguez, who was sent down to Durham last week, told the Tampa Bay Times that he didn't think the injury was serious. He expects to miss about a week.
The rosters expand this Saturday, and Rodriguez was expected to be called back up the to the Rays then. But now that decision may be put on hold.
