The Osceola Warriors' two-game winning streak over. The Largo Packers took down the Warriors, 35-7 Friday night.
Quardarius Patterson did his best. The Warriors' running back battled tacklers for a tough, 20-yard run in the first quarter. That set up a short Jamil Morris touchdown run to tie the game, 7-7.
Those were the final points of the night for Osceola. Donavan Hale hit Raheem Harvey for a touchdown to take the lead, 14-7.
Largo added a safety and kept adding on. Largo's only loss was to East Lake. The Packers have outscored their other five opponents, 154-40.
The Warriors have played well this season. They beat Dunedin 49-0 last week and nearly upset undefeated Pinellas Park a few weeks ago, losing 10-8. This was the first time all season Osceola lost a game by more than four points.
Largo will travel to Venice next week. The Warriors will face Northeast.
