1.  Manatee (1) 10-0, 3-0, bye week. Canes host Vero Beach (9-1) in the first round of the state playoffs.        

2.  East Lake (2) 10-0, 5-0, beat St Petersburg 54-0... giving the Eagles the first 10-0 season in school history. East Lake score 472 points and allowed only 56. Next week host Palmetto (5-5).

3.  Armwood (3) 10-0, 8-0, beat Strawberry Crest 40-6. Hawks defense allowed only 40 points the entire season, while their offense scored 401. Next week host Venice (8-2).    

4.  Plant (4) 8-1-1, 4-0 bye week. Next week host Orlando Boone (4-6). A tough second-round matchup with Dr. Phillips is looming.        

5.  Sickles (5) 9-1, 5-0, beat Alonso 34-30.  Next week host Plant City (8-2). Ray Ray McCloud and company are healthy and confident.  

6.  Largo (7) 8-2, 3-0 beat Countryside 42-14 even without Jarvis Stewart... who most likely will miss the playoffs after getting arrested. With no Stewart... the Packers went to the air.  Quarterback Donovan Hale passed for 224 yards and five TD's.  Next week host Jefferson (9-1). 

7.  Lakeland (8) 9-1, 4-1, bye week. Dreadnaughts at Kissimmee Osceola (8-2).  Lakeland is just itching for a second round rematch against city-rival Kathleen in the second round.                  

8.  Jefferson (10) 9-1, 7-1, beat Steinbrenner 56-0.  Next week at Largo (8-2).  Dragons quarterback Deiondre Porter... had the best season of any quarterback in the Tampa Bay area... passing for more than 2000 yards and rushing for more than 1000 yards.   Packer's defense will have their hands full.   

9. Kathleen (7) 8-2, 5-0, loss to American Heritage 33-13.  Just a week after an emotional district-clinching win against Lakeland... their biggest rival... the Red Devils were a little flat against a very good Heritage team. Next week host Orlando Lake Nona (8-2).

10.  Pinellas Park 9-1, 4-1, beat Dunedin 52-0... getting back into the top ten for the second time this year. The Patriots had two running backs rush for more than 1000 years... Pierre Johnson and Donte Maxson. Next week at Sarasota (5-5).
