Tampa, Florida -- Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn made good on his wager with the Orlando mayor Friday.

Mayor Buckhorn stepped out this morning at the corner of Franklin Street and Kennedy Boulevard wearing a UCF jersey and raised the university's flag over the old City Hall.

The bet was made back in November when USF and UCF faced off on the football field in the "War on the I-4" game.

The Bulls didn't pull off a win losing to the Knights 23-20.
