St. Petersburg, FL -- The Beef O'Brady's Bowl has lost its title sponsor, but the game will remain in St. Pete.
"It was a mutual decision, a business decision," Executive Director Brett Dulaney told 10 News. "But the game is not leaving St. Pete."
Beef O'Brady's has been the title sponsor for the bowl game, for the past five years. The last game was played at Tropicana Field, Dec. 23, with East Carolina defeating Ohio.
A search will begin immediately for a new title sponsor. ESPN currently owns the bowl game.
The ACC will begin a relationship with the game next season. The ACC will send a team to the bowl, two of the next three years.
