Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista will undergo season-ending surgery on his left wrist.

The team made the announcement Tuesday afternoon, and said Bautista will be ready for spring training.

In 91 games for the Blue Jays this season, Bautista hit .241 with 27 home runs and 65 RBI. He went on the disabled list following a July 16 game against the New York Yankees and returned Aug. 24, but played in just two games and went back on the DL.
