Bay, 9-2, in Grapefruit League play.
Ryan Lavarnway added an RBI for the Red Sox, while starter Alfredo Aceves got
the win after allowing six hits and two runs over 4 1/3 innings.
Sean Rodriguez hit safely twice, including a two-run homer for the Rays, and
Leslie Anderson added two doubles among his three hits.
Roberto Hernandez was charged in defeat for six hits and three runs -- two
earned -- with five strikeouts over five full frames.
